Parameters

Name Description
RSfile * ReplicateScreen output file of MatchtoReference.
PDfile * ParentalDerivative output file of MatchtoReference
CCLEfile * CCLE output file of FPMatching
plateName * Name of the plate. Ex: "Plate_27".

(See GLAD file format in the GenePattern file formats documentation.) It is a six column, tab-delimited file with an optional first line identifying the columns. Positions are in base pair units.
